Everyone has heard of IMDb. It is of course the Internet Movie Database. Well, now there is a site that is striving to be the IMDb of t-shirts. And it is cleverly named IMDtees.

IMDtees is in the process of aggregating every movie t-shirt that is for sale on the internet into one site. The shirts are categorized by movie, just like IMDb. So, if you are searching for a Big Lebowski t-shirt, you don’t need to visit 20 different sites to find the best shirt, just go to the Big Lebowski page at IMDTees.com.

IMDTees is certainly shaping up to be a must-visit site for anyone looking for a movie related t-shirt. Checkout the site next time you are looking for one, you won’t regret it.

Late Night with Conan O’Brien is a magical hour of entertainment that nightly delights audiences who were able to stay awake through Jay Leno’s tedium.

Needless to say, such a show deserves to be recognized via t-shirt. The only choice is what aspect of the show to put on the shirt.

If it was possible to capture one of Conan’s classic comedy bits on a single piece of clothing we would have done it. But things like the chemistry between Max and Conan and the wit of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog simply don’t transfer to the t-shirt medium. Perhaps we could have attempted to harness the essence of the Fed Ex Pope or even La Bamba or Pierre Bernard, but to overlook the ring leader would have been blasphemy.

The recent facelift to halfemptyclothing.com was not just a case of putting lipstick on a pig as some politicians would say. The site improvement also came with an upgrade in the shirts we print our designs on.

As of October 1st, Half Empty Clothing has switched to printing all of our designs on 100% cotton American Apparel t-shirts. The American Apparel shirts have a much softer feel and a slightly slimmer fit than the brand we used to print on, and since we strive to provide the highest quality of product possible the switch made sense.

Unfortunately though, good things usually aren’t free, so we have had to raise out prices a tad. The new standard price point for all of our shirts is $17.99, but when you buy a shirt you will know where your extra $3 went.

Oh, on a side note, you don’t necessarily have to look like a filthy hippie to wear an American Apparel shirt. That’s just what their models look like. I assure you, people who shower also wear American Apparel shirts.

Perhaps the greatest film ever produced by humans, Bloodsport chronicles the story of the first westerner to ever win the Kumite. That westerner was Frank Dux (like put up your dukes), but he was played by Jean Claude Van Damme in the film.

In the movie, Van Damme made his way through a field of fighters that included a muy thai dude, a sumo character that he punched in the balls, an agile monkey-like guy, and a never ending parade of generic Asian punching bags.

The movie can be seen just about every weekend on cable tv. But why should you have to wait until the weekend to enjoy Van Damme? You shouldn’t, and that is why Half Empty Clothing created the 1988 Kumite Champion commemorative Bloodsport T-Shirt.
